My goal is to exercise at least four times a week. I will start by integrating brisk walks for 30 minutes on three days, which will improve my cardiovascular health, and resistance by using bodyweight exercises on the other days. I also slowly increase the intensity and frequency of these activities as I progress. Additionally, I plan to warm up before each session with light stretching of these activities as I progress.
