As, I reviewed the video, “How I Got Myself to Exercise, the plan which I have mapped out to begin my physical activity is to focus on establishing a viable routine that juggles both aerobic and strength-training exercises. My goal is to exercise at least four times a week. I will start by integrating brisk walks for 30 minutes on three days, which will improve my cardiovascular health, and resistance by using bodyweight exercises on the other days. I also slowly increase the intensity and frequency of these activities as I progress. Additionally, I plan to warm up before each session with light stretching of these activities as I progress. Additionally, I plan to warm up before each session with light stretching to improve my flexibility and reduce the risk of injury, adhering to NCCU guidelines. Consistency is key, so I have scheduled my workouts in the morning, a time when I am most energized and can avoid daily distractions. Tracking my progress through a fitness app such as Future will assist me in staying accountable and motivated. I also plan to stay hydrated and be very careful with my diet to support my overall fitness goals. This approach will not only help me get back in shape but also maintain a healthy lifestyle.
