The results show excellent overall and the program is suggested This shows that the workouts which I have carrying out in class has improved my walking speed and I am able to keep a good walking pace. It also shows that that my oxygen in take is also very good and has not gone overboard. The results show that for a population average of 46.26, the speed at which I walk is at a normal pace and the minutes and seconds taken for walking shows a good pace.
