The rating for the push up test shows that from ma average population of 32 and for my age the number of push-ups is very low. The amount that I should strive for is 17-29. This result show that daily push-ups is mandatory to increase muscular endurance as the more exercise is administered at a normal pace, the muscles are also able to take on more tuff exercises and also the upper body strength increases. As of now it is showing that I would need to improve on the number of repetitions of my push-ups. It also displays that the body is weak when trying to do upper body exercises.More Articles From Others
