Information on time management is available in Chapter 4 of University Success Guide: Finding Your Purpose. Time Management Summary Please write your summary in the box provided below. The box will adjust to the space necessary for your response. By analyzing my weekly activity log, it has revealed many valuable insights regarding my time management as well as productivity. One thing I observed while maintaining a structured routine, there were many periods when I could actually utilize my time more effectively. For example. When I kept allocated too much time for leisure activities in the evening, it sometimes led to late nigh studying. This pattern addressed a need of balance between relaxation and academic responsibilities. For enhancing my productivity, I have planned to adjust my schedule by incorporating dedicated study blocks earlier in the day when I am more alert. On top of that I have also decided to limit my leisure activities during the week, and allow myself for more focused study sessions. I have understood the importance of breaks, to maintain concentration I often have short break during study periods. Apart from that I have understood that setting specific goals for each study session can help improving my efficiency. I will start prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and importance, by doing that I am confident that I can meet my class requirements without feeling overwhelmed. This will help me creating a more balanced routine that supports both my academic success and personal well-being.More Articles From Others
