This is because Excel offers a neat platform for data entry, accounting, programming, and visual representation of data with graphs and charts. The application extends from small businesses and schools to large organizations and is used daily.? The instructions will explain an essential aspect of Excel: formatting the graphs. Please note that the options may vary slightly based on the Excel version. Select the graph/chart. Right-click, and in the options that appear, choose Format> Chart Area.?The Format pane opens up with a set of options. They can be used to change the axis, size, effects, labels, and more.? To format the axis, right-click on the chart axis and choose Format> Axis. The dialog box appears. Here, we can choose the intervals, the distance from the Axis origin, Number styles, Line styles. To format the legend, Right clock on the chart legend and choose Format>Legend.? Now we can change position, Line styles, and Border styles.
