Adaptability, strong communication skills, and active listening along with collaboration are vital skills for MRO managers in today’s environment (Chandola et al., 2022). The post can be more effective if it discusses the functions, roles, and accountabilities of MRO managers in an organization. However, critical thinking skills are important for MRO managers to able to perform issues faced by the team. It is identified from the post that adapting to current changes in the modern environment seems crucial for leaders. Development of key skills is crucial for managers to perform well in the MRO organization. Reply to post 2 – Daniel Wass After going through the post, I found that the post discusses the responsibilities, functions, and skills of MRO managers. It is recognized that communication, delegation, integrity, and decisiveness are the key skills required for a manager to achieve the goal. The responsibility of the manager at MRO is to implement policies and processes at higher levels. The MRO manager is accountable for managing all resources and building strategies to fulfill operating budgets (Tokarski, 2021).
