Through this course now, I am able to understand the various strategies and techniques used to increase the efficiency of a business's operations. Professionally, from this course, I learned valuable skills in areas such as problem-solving, decision-making, and communication. Now I can also apply the knowledge of operations management to my own business, or I will help employers to improve their operations. In addition, from this course, I learned various tools and techniques used in operations management, which can help improve the business's performance. Personally, the concepts I learned from this course are applicable in everyday life. For example, operations management principles can be used to improve productivity and efficiency in daily life. This can be applied to a wide variety of situations, such as managing a household budget, working on a project, or even organizing a family reunion. One challenge that I have faced during the course is difficulty in understanding some concepts due to the usage of the terminology to describe the concept precisely; to understand these terminologies, I need to go through some research on the terminology that is used.More Articles From Operation Management
