Steve Jobs had an autocratic leadership style in which he followed my way of leading. He made the final decision in front of the group and requested everyone to follow him. He makes a lot of decisions based on his own will and judgment. He was impatient, and he demanded that his employee work longer hours and provide greater results. He is an extremely innovative and inspiring leader. He was unconcerned about who he offended; instead, he focused on the high quality of work and products that had led to Apple's current success. He is already obsessed with perfection and greatness, and the term "good enough" does not exist in his vocabulary. He is always confident and willing to take risks. They chose me to be the program's leader. I wanted to make the program more colorful, but I had no idea how to do it. Then I called the members of the program to a meeting, handed them a sheet of paper, and gave them 5 minutes to write about their ideas for making the program more colorful. They write about their ideas after 5 minutes. I took the wonderful ideas from them and I conduted that program in a lively manner. Group think is a phenomenon in which people who disagree with a group's decisions can remain silent in order to achieve mental calm rather than destroy the group's cohesiveness.
