He is an extremely innovative and inspiring leader. He was unconcerned about who he offended; instead, he focused on the high quality of work and products that had led to Apple's current success. Then I called the members of the program to a meeting, handed them a sheet of paper, and gave them 5 minutes to write about their ideas for making the program more colorful. They write about their ideas after 5 minutes. I took the wonderful ideas from them and I conduted that program in a lively manner. Group think is a phenomenon in which people who disagree with a group's decisions can remain silent in order to achieve mental calm rather than destroy the group's cohesiveness.
