Discussion 1 Quiz Test results do have validity as they support the assessment of your learnings. Test scores are reliable until the time they are not sporadic or spontaneous. The validity of the quiz test is determined through certain ideas like preparing the quiz test robustly and showing its use, covering adequate parts of the subject, considering the appropriate objectives and factors of the examinee, whether the physical factor, emotional factor, or psychological factor. Above all these, the examiner must be fully trained to prepare the quiz appropriately, keeping the above techniques in mind ("Validity of Tests", n.d.). The results of such tests are really helpful as they help in self-assessment of the areas of development. Such quizzes are generally fun but help in boosting confidence very much. These also offer a good preparation tool after a lesson is over with individual potential learning. Such methods are the best revisionary tools that can record students' progress and remarks. Examiner self-benefits by using these quizzes, in knowing the individual's learning style ("Benefits of Quiz & Its Result", 2021). Learning Styles may vary from one individual to another and are categorized in three major ways; Auditory Learner, Visual Learner, and Tactile Learner. There are very few people who use all the types of learning styles, while individuals have one principal method they follow. Visual Learners are those who follow maps, images, patterns, shapes, and others and learn from them, gaining knowledge from them visually. Auditory Learners are individuals who learn from different means of auditory form like lectures, group ideas, class explanations, recordings, etc. Tactic Learners are individuals who succeed in touching and learning patterns. They are all fabulous ways of learning an individual has, but one more important way is the Reading-Writing Way. Such ways enable the learners to gain knowledge from the writings they have. Discussion 2 A hypothesis is a belief or theory suggested to examine the research. The prediction stated at the start of the research is known as Hypothesis. The relationship between what the researcher changes and the research efforts are proposed as Hypothesis. Researchers use the two ways; the null hypothesis, and the alternative hypothesis, in their research work. The functions of the Hypothesis are based on various investigations and observations. It is a helpful tool in experiments and is the need at the start of the research. It affirms the observations and helps in heading the research towards the right path. The hypothesis should be clear, relational, specific, and explanatory to be a strong hypothesis. These three examples will better explain the strong hypothesis, the first example is "If sugar causes diabetes, then people who consume too many sweets are prone to diabetes." The second example for the strong hypothesis is "If a person gets less than eight hours of sleep, then they will feel drowsy the whole day." The third example states "Coffee contains caffeine, it is not good for health as it gives less sleep." the above examples explain that a strong hypothesis is scientifically very useful when it is combined with methods like asking, gathering, answering, writing, revising, and creating (Helmenstine, 2019). When we talk about a scientific hypothesis, a testable hypothesis gives a tentative answer. A hypothesis using the scientific method of testing and experimentation is called a testable hypothesis. It can be considered a testable hypothesis if guidelines such as proving the hypothesis true, false, and reproduction of the result of the hypothesis are possible. For example, a student who revises more and more before exams will have better grades than students who don't. This is testable because it is possible to compare the status of the student who does or does 4 not revise and then analyze the results (Helmenstine, 2019). Based on all these discussions, the hypothesis research I would be interested in is "People who are addicted to alcohol have fewer heart-related issues than people who don't drink."
