Overspending cannot be possible as it will be an unwise decision. Business needs: The location of the business should be chosen to fulfill the business needs. For example, a business related to the IT sector needs to be in such an area where other offices related to the same business are also present. Audience: The business needs to be centrally located so that it can be easily accessible to the customers. Both the internal and external layout of the business is equally important. The space of the business should be well planned to keep in mind the number of staff, the items that need to be stored, the passage for outlet and inlet of customers, arrangement of space for shoes, the need for proper washroom, the access to cleaning items, etc. Layout and design of a business is an important part of a business.
