DQ Hello Everyone, I would like to take the example of Elon Musk; I truly admire his approach and determination. To answer the question, one of his characteristics about him pertaining to entrepreneurship is how he responds to change. This nature allows him to adapt to the dynamic trend of society and makes him stay at the top of the competition. His company SpaceX answered his rejection from NASA; Musk-owned SpaceX was able to achieve space return of rocket back to earth in a very short term, which NASA was not able to achieve; I believe the freedom factor an entrepreneur to set the trend by addressing a particular issue is what I could relate to. Elon Musk stands out of the crowd; he even funded Tesla, which has revolutionized the automobile industry in terms of evading carbon emissions, which is a drastic shift in the market. While on the other hand, when considering identical personality traits, I believe I have the potential to adapt to the changing market demand in terms of taking the risk to address a particular issue to spark innovation. I would like to agree with you; we cannot be a makeup character of a particular entrepreneur and lose our own traits, while, as you said, we could adapt and learn those that suit our behavioral traits. Being humble and confident tends to help us in being goal orientated and also welcome criticism with an open mindset, where newer ideas could be added to the original intent. I would agree with you; one example could be Oprah in terms of being after her achievement in the entertainment industry; with her humble character - she led a revolution in accordance with social cues by giving everyone hope.
