For the final paper in this course, you will conduct a search for a story or issue within the past 5 years that you feel passionate about. This can be related to any area of HRM that we will discuss this term. Complete a research study examining the issue/case, discuss the trends in HRM that would impact that issue in todays HRM climate and how the issue could have been prevented or resolved. There is substantial latitude in the scope of this paper, however you will need to support your decisions with existing peer-reviewed literature. You can find journal articles in the library, please steer clear of sites such as Wikipedia and other non-professional sites. This week, submit your topic in the discussion area below. Make sure you choose a topic that hasn't already been chosen; no duplicates.
