Answer Below:

Introduction     The current event selected is how the company and organization have been focusing on attracting, training, and retaining employees in the post-pandemic workforce. While the world has recovered from the deadly pandemic era, companies have been still facing difficulty in finding the right employees for their companies. The drastic changes in the business world, technology, and globalization have had a significant on human resource management. Thus, the HR professionals in the current situation need to focus on understanding the issues of training and retaining the employees in post-pandemic era. The major points affecting this scenario are the increased demand for virtual training, challenges with engagement, technological adaptation, and equal access and inclusion.      It has been evident that 91% of businesses posted jobs in April 2024 with few or no qualified respondents. Although it could be thought that COVID-19 has been a short era, labor shortages with proper training and industry expertise have been a permanent challenge (Komareddi, 2024). This topic is newsworthy since this addresses the significant and ongoing change in the work environment affecting almost every organization. As remote work remained prevalent during the pandemic, effective training solutions have been critical in maintaining productivity, employee satisfaction, and overall business performance. Furthermore, in the current situation, organizations need to adapt their training strategies to meet the evolving needs of a distributed workforce. As an HR practitioner or leader, the responsibility lies in ensuring that training programs have been aligned with organizational needs and that they value the effectiveness of varied training methods, identify gaps, and implement strategies that could enhance the learning experiences for remote workers. Thus, concerning the increasing issues of training and retainment, an action plan could focus on assessing current training programs, investment in technology, developing interactive content, ensuring inclusivity, and gathering feedback.  References Komareddi, M.
