This week, we learned majorly about Equal Employment Opportunity & Safety with analysis and design of work. This week, I learned about several new things including the legal environment and employment opportunities that HRM needs to focus on. The chapter 3 of this book provided a brief analysis and understanding of the legal system in the US with its branches including legislative, executive, and judiciary. On the other hand, the chapter 4 was based on the analysis and design work showcasing the organizational structure and workflow processes, identifying the output, understanding the importance of job analysis, and many more. These chapters hence provided a basic structure of employment as well as the organizational structure based on which the organization operates legally as well as maintains a characteristic environment in the workplace.
