Hello Everyone! The top-level management is highly and primarily responsible to manage all the remaining workforce of an organization and working on resolving any issues that come up and more importantly leading the organization as a primary leader or a head. So conceptual skills are highly necessary to perceive difficult scenarios of the business and come up with solutions. For example, if a company is facing low sales per annum then the top management is responsible to understand the outside completion in the market and develop strategies to show their brand as unique in order to increase their sales. Having human skills are necessary for the top management because having a better and good relationship with employees is very much necessary as it is necessary to grow their business because an organization grows when employees are happy. For instance, if employees are not comfortable with the way their company treats them or values them, then the company loses its employee retention rate. the top-level management should have minimum technical skills because ut is necessary when it comes to train its new joiners. This is especially necessary for startup companies. For middle management, it is definitely critical to have an equal skill-set for all three skills. For instance, the head of the department comes under the middle management who ideally should have all the technical skills to lead his/her team, actually, the particular person should be more expert in the technical skills of the particular field compared to other members of his team as he/she will be guiding others. Other human and conceptual skills are equally necessary as they will be interacting with their team members and solving any technical issues that would arise respectively. Conceptual skills are necessary for each individual as he works on a project. If a normal employee knows how to resolve an issue on their own, it benefits the organization. However, human and technical skills take more importance than that as it is their primary responsibility to work on the core functions and operations of the company like manufacturing a product and they will be interacting daily with other employees.
