Yes, I agree with the leadership definition of the year 1900 to 1929 that says - the ability to impress the will of the leader on those led and induce obedience, respect, loyalty, and cooperation. Because the author has mentioned all the ideal characters that a leader should be capable of to lead a team successfully. It means, the leader should have the knowledge to guide and motivate a team, know how to cooperate to understand the team or to get new ideas, and the most important thing in sticking together with a team is loyalty. I believe loyalty is the primarily important thing in a leader if he/she wants people to be with her/him. This also saves the company from employee retention because if employees have trust or belief in their leader they know that he/she operates a company and stays with him for a longer time.
