Answer Below:

Topic 1 For hair cut, the service provided by the salon is the core or the individual who is getting hair cut by purchasing this service from the salon is the core. The core is regarded as the main element of the consultant who is providing consultancy service and providing advice in return of a fee is the core service for the consultant. The value added in this purchase is the service plan or the staff of the salon that are friendly enough to provide a good haircut. It can also be their good behavior that further provides additional discount to the customer who has opted for a hair cut or additional services complimentary along with the hair cut because of well-trained staff who knows how to maintain customer relations.   Topic 2 In the context of Health care, both tangible and intangible elements are involved. The tangible elements of healthcare services include the physical facilities like the equipment, building, structure and personnel that give healthcare services and are visible to the eye.  On the other hand intangible elements of healthcare services are the relationships between the patients and the customer and trade that takes place between them which all create business value. Tangible and intangible components both have their own ways to contribute to our satisfaction because both have their own ways and roles to play to get this. For example tangible elements of healthcare include the personnel that are there to provide the service and intangible element is the relationship between the customer and the personnel. So service delivery becomes easy, smooth and more effective if there is a good relationship between the customer and the one who is giving the service to them.
