A communication process completes when one person speaks and another listens carefully and responds. This communication process involves understanding and sharing. A message is nothing but an idea of a person that can be shared with a purpose (Switzer, 2019). In order to reach the target market, it is important to select the right customers or receivers and the content to convey the message or to interact effectively with them. In addition, using proper media is also crucial to reach the message and get a response from the target properly. Hence, elements of communication are as follows, The sender is the first end from which a message travels to the receiver through media. The sender is the most important because the message originates from this point. The quality of the message matters if the message needs an interactive response from the target. Media is the next element in communication that aids the sender to transport the message to the receiver without any fault. Choosing the right media matters because that should connect to all the targeted customers in the market. Although customers have the option to choose not to receive the message from particular marketers (Schiffman & Wisenblit, 2018). After sending the message through a selected media, the message should be decoded so that receiver understands the hidden message. Once the receiver end, gets the message and understands it, the receiver confirms showing that the message has reached the terminal point. If the marketers want to reach the target market, all these communication elements for the most as they each have their own role in reaching the message to the targeted point.
