Answer Below:

The data privacy scandals involving large tech companies such as Facebook and Google used their user's private data for marketing purposes to target the consumer to promote the products and services, and the government failed to regulate these companies effectively to protect the personal information of consumers. The victims in these cases were the users of these companies who had their data collected and potentially misused without their consent. To prevent such failures in the future, governments can enforce stricter privacy laws and regulations on tech companies and hold them accountable for protecting consumer data. Companies can also take measures to improve data security and increase transparency with their users regarding collecting and using their personal information. Also, companies should be able to protect the collected data from potential hackers. After this study, my support for these companies has reduced. I tried to find alternative ways to use them effectively, and I started to restrict the usage by reading the privacy policies and also started to restrict access to my private data.
