Answer Below:

Introduction All through the course of BUS411 and after studying the Baldrige Core Values, I realized that there are some core values and concepts that are embedded in those organizations that are high performing (Hobcraft, 2017). These are the basis of achieving key performance and other type of operational requirements in such a framework that is more result oriented and this is the one that creates a basis for action, feedback and continuing success of any organization. Overall, just like the Baldrige Criteria is built on core values and concepts that if are put together in a systematic process will yield results of high performance. The reflective paper will highlight the fact that business operations is not only limited to one’s efficiency or expertise in a particular field but help to contribute towards contributing towards a big picture of the business. The University of Malcolm Baldridge School of Business has the vision to give us a better understanding of what makes a successful leader in today’s increasingly changing business environment. The framework of core values that is introduced by the Baldrige Criteria presents many types of values that helps to plan, develop as well as implement the different types of organizational strategies (Montgomery, 2015). Reflection The overall framework from the Baldrige Criteria values are many in number like the systems perspective, visionary leadership, organizational and personal learning, customer-centered excellence, focus on the future, valuing workforce members and partners, agility, societal responsibility, managing for innovation and focus on results and creating value. When the process of learning started for me, I was very excited to see different set of diversity values were there that helped one have a successful business model (Service, 2013). Even though I realized the fact that only being committed to a set of values was not enough but by the course learning passed, I realized that this was an extensive model. This could help the company that followed it thrive in many other type of areas as this is in compliance with the god standards set for successful companies and these core values are all existing in different industries of health, business and education. For example, visionary leadership was one of the core values that helped me learn vision is needed to be communicated clearly and after showing that vision, the values and expectations can get aligned to the same (Slåtten, 2021). This really clicked my mind that customer centered excellence and quality is actually judged by the customers themselves and the same is tracked by companies in order to improve their processes. Organizational and personal learning helps to direct the process of learning to improve the products and the people and puts in process in such a manner that helps bring continuous improvement. With valuing the workforce, members as well as the partners, one makes sure that there is satisfaction, commitment and development of the employees who are the key to success for any organization. With the help of agility, one can have the capability to thrive in dynamic changes of the market and the competitive environment. With focus on future, pops up the concept of long term for the company, its stakeholders, strategic focus on the employees, resources and product development. So, all through the program I learnt ways to relate all these core principles to the practical applications in workplace and these core principles can be used from time to time to improve business operations. Visionary leadership is one of the core principles that I feel is most connected to me and I learnt that it can be used to have a productive workforce that is highly engaged. I also learnt the different habits of being a strategic thinker, which is to anticipate, interpret, think critically, align, and decide and to learn and these qualities can make one a quality leader. Another factor about goal setting here I learnt is that it should be specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time bound with well defined milestones that can be achievable by one within a given point of time. All through this program, I have spent good amount of time to analyze the models of business that exist of different corporations so as to outline the possible solutions towards the different type of hindrances in heir organizations. I found that in most of the cases, the major root cause of the issues was an imbalance between the mission of the company and its actual compliance including its transparency. This is because of the employees who know their company’s values but are not familiar with ways to drive them or be driven by them (Ibrahim, 2021). Overall, considering the relevance of the Baldrige Framework, I am strongly convinced of the fact that this is the foundation for my future work prospects as it highlights the societal values, business ethics and the qualities of being a successful leader. This is because these core values not only put more emphasis on profitability for the business but a future vision that can help strive innovation and overall internal and external growth of the business. It is seen that apart from profitability, those companies who focus more on having an extensive system of core values, corporate responsibility, get more successful results because they not only focus on employees but also the customers that make them more reputable in the market.  This alignment with core values will help me have a good future ahead and connect well to my business in a more result-oriented manner (Hobcraft, 2017). All of these core values are shown in the business, health care, and education. With visionary leadership, I learned that the vision is shown, the vision is then communicated, the values and expectations align that vision, and the leaders will be the role models. With customer-centered excellence, quality and performance are judged by the customers, the customer satisfaction is tracked and used to improve processes, and the improvement shows the offerings. With organizational and personal learning, the learning is directed at improved products and people Conclusion To conclude this, the modern business environment is full of immense competition, complexity and is getting more and more dynamic with passing of time. There is corporate social responsibility and the commitment of the business sector that can help the business to engage with the community in such a manner that there cannot be any company existing without having an exhaustive set of core value and strategic vision to lead ahead. In this business course, we examined the core principles of Baldrige Excellence Framework as a tool that can help to create ethically responsible businesses that are also successful. Even though it challenges the business owners to commit towards their business beyond only generating profits, still it is a great tool to create long-term business strategy in a more social oriented way (Slåtten, 2021)   References Hobcraft, P.
