Answer Below:

Imagining the future of your project, what changes might challenge the value of the final product? As my project will be on creating a better place for employees, the present changing work methods or the type of work might challenge the final result. 2. What challenges do you foresee in terms of communicating changes and how will you manage those challenges? Communication challenge arises when I start approaching some working people in an uncomfortable environment about their opinion because many do not think that the workplace place can be changed because of the type of work. These challenges can be resolved once I understand the work requirements so that I can create a better workplace accordingly. 3. Is configuration management relevant to your project? Yes it is relevant as it is necessary to keep the created work environment the same throughout the ;life till the organization exists.
