I would conclude that Lewiston engaged in sexual harassment which was also evidenced by the investigation report and subsequent injunction granted to Gilbury. There is absolutely no doubt that it was a sexual harassment even if we consider the courteous nature of Lewiston while having such conduct. Therefore, I would have taken disciplinary action against Lewiston in the form of termination keeping in mind the seriousness of his conduct and to ensure a safe working environment.More Articles From LAW
