In this scenario, it will even consider evaluating various needs and fundamentals that the organization needs to take into consideration. Explaining reason for choosing leadership and its appropriateness with project site Nami Florida stands for the National Alliance on Mental Illness where the mission of the organization is to improve the quality of life of individuals and their families that have been affected by mental health conditions through education, support, and advocacy (NAMI Florida, 2020). In nexus with this, this site has been aiding the development of a transformative viewpoint that considers factors such as the existing culture of family and home, the ability to support, educate, and train those with mental illness, and potentially effective in meeting their priorities and vision. According to Greimel et al. (2023), transformational leaders or organizations have been known for their ability to inspire and engage their followers through a shared vision, personalized consideration, intellectual stimulation, and idealized influence. In this context, Nami Florida has been focusing on driving significant improvements in both the organizational performance and the quality of family care they should provide to deal with mental illness. On the other hand, the culture at Nami Florida has been encouraging innovative thinking and problem-solving by challenging conventional practices and supporting creative approaches to advocacy and mental health support. Explaining theory adaptation with personality and needs of the site Figure 1: Transformational leadership (Source: Farahnak et al., 2020) According to Farahnak et al. (2020), transformational leadership has been a valuable approach in the current situation where it provides inspirational motivation, individualized consideration, intellectual stimulation, and an idealized influence monitoring every challenge existing in the organization. In nexus with this, Nami Florida has been derived with the vision to inspire, support, and understand mental illness with groups and resources in the crisis period. Thus, this organization serves residents across the state with free mental health support, online groups, resources, and education with a transformative vision. Furthermore, transformational leaders have been known for their ability for inspiring and motivating their teams which fosters or gives birth to a shared vision; similarly, encouraging personal and professional growth forever. The leaders of Nami Florida have been exhibiting these characteristics inspiring to advance mental health advocacy and support in the near future. With the emphasis on the importance of mental health awareness especially during the period of crises, Nami Florida has been inspiring volunteers and staff for a commitment to mental safety and organized health in the future. Furthermore, enhanced organizational performance translates to more effective advocacy where Nami Florida has been translating into improved program implementation and greater community impact understanding of the basic family structure with higher levels of transformation in organizational structure. Although transformational leadership may offer various benefits, its application at Nami Florida has been even affected by various challenges. According to Skar et al. (2022), organizations working for communities require leaders who must navigate with high emotional demands of the field concerning maintaining their effectiveness and supporting teams. Similarly, Nami Florida has been even affected by these challenges majorly including the management of emotional labor, balancing vision and practical constraints, and other emotional challenges from the clients while serving for greater causes. In this scenario, the leaders at Nami Florida focus on taking various steps and reconciling with the challenges appropriately making it highly suitable for my project site. Summary Hence, it could be summarized that this project site would be essential for understanding and evaluating the transformational approach to mental illness rather than seeking and understanding cultural responsiveness. Apart from this, Nami Florida not only focuses on evaluating mental situations rather focuses on understanding the situation of the crisis. References Farahnak, L. R., Ehrhart, M. G., Torres, E.
