Then which do you believe were the least effective and why.

Answer Below:

Chuck's Pick: "Kennedy for Me" 1960 This video is an ad campaign for the 35th President of the U.S, John. F Kennedy. I find this video to be positive as it promotes the presidency of Kennedy, celebrating his position, and highlighting the democratic system of the U.S where it is up to the common mass that elects and makes the decision to form the President. The unique feature of this ad is that it shows the victories and achievements of the President only in a couple of minutes, which was possible because of a democratic vote. Michelle's Pick: "Yes We Can" (Obama) 2008 This video is a positive one as it gives a tribute to Barak Obama, respecting and valuing the words he has delivered in the speech. Since it is in the form of a song, it is easy to persuade the audience about Obama's message in his speech. Basically, this is the goal of the video promoting the line "yes we can," which means there is always hope and optimism in our life. Vin's Pick: "Confessions of a Republican" (LBJ) 1964 It is a negative video in the sense that it highlights the inadequacy or the negative aspects of appointing the political leader Barry Goldwater. The ad is actually hitting Goldwater where it is saying that he cannot vote for this nominee. Through this video, it is bringing forth the reasons and fear of not voting a republican. Nick H's Pick: "Roger Williams for Congress" 2012 This video needs lots of guts to speak, but this gives a negative perception as Roger Williams has used the figure of a donkey to compare the political premises that are least bothered. JP's Pick: "Undecided Voters" (SNL) 2012  This is a satirical video asking certain weird questions to show how people are indecisive while electing our country's representatives. The goal is to make the viewers realize that the choice is in our hands and that we are dependent on our country's progression or regression. Kelly's Pick: "Daisy" (LBJ) 1964 It's a campaign ad for electing Lyndon B. Johnson against Goldwater, who has theorized the nuclear attack, and the little child Daisy is the first victim of it. By taking the example of the innocent girl, the goal is to make an impact on the audience as to why one should vote for Johnson. Lauren's Pick: "Windsurfing" (Bush-Cheney) 2004 This video is a satire on John Kerry's political movement, which is compared with his activity of windsurfing, where he is not consistent in his direction. Patti's Pick: "I Like Ike" (Eisenhower) 1952 This is a very positive ad where animation creates beautiful content to vote for President Eisenhower.  Kevin's Pick: "Big John" (John Cornyn) 2008 This is one of the interesting videos where the opposition is humiliated or insulted directly, but here, Big Bad john has been criticized in a humorous way, comparing him to be a musician than a politician.                The most effective video that I found is Michelle Pick's "Yes we can" (Obama) because this is a beautiful way to express gratitude towards the President and make the audience realize and understand the importance of Obama's speech. Through the song, the video promotes positivity and hope in life, which motivates everyone in life.                The least effective video that I found is Roger Williams for congress because I feel the goal or the purpose of the video is not a productive or useful as the comparison is made with an animal to the political party.
