Answer Below:
Part 1 1. Management vs Leadership In a public healthcare center both the management and leadership have been two crucial rather distinct components within any organization that contributes to the success in varied ways. For instance, management involves the planning, organizing, and coordinating of resources to achieve specific goals. A public health organization would require both a manager and leader where we need to balance the operational stability provided by the management with a forward-thinking and motivation driven by leadership. This balance is essential as it ensures that not only immediate goals are met the organization can remain dynamic and responsive for future opportunities and challenges. Thus, Burke & Friedman (2010), suggested that management ensures effective usage of resources and maintains stability whereas leadership has been fostering innovation and adaptability. 2. Problem-Solving Process Chapter 2 covers the problem-solving processes reflecting on key steps including defining the problem, analyzing the problem, developing a solution, implementing it, and then monitoring with evaluations. However, Burke & Friedman (2010), suggested tracking outcomes while implementing solutions could analyze the effectiveness of the project. In my personal experience, I was involved in a team project affected by frequent miscommunication that led to delays. Hence, I began by defining the problem including missing project milestones, and while analyzing communication gaps were identified. Hence, we implemented a new communication protocol including regular updates and a centralized platform for tracking progress that refined the overall process. References Burke, R. E., & Friedman, L. Part 2: From the personality test, I was amazed to find that my personality is ENFJ referring to the protagonist or the teacher. I previously thought that I was not empathetic and used to making spontaneous decisions; however, found that my personality is defined by charisma, empathy, and strong organizational skills. ENFJ personalities have been known for their leadership abilities which draw positions of power and influence due to empathy and desire to help people. I have been identified as a leader whose charisma, visionary forward-thinking, and organized approach make me a charismatic leader for the future. lessMore Articles From Health
