This dashboard helps explore and compare retirement age data across various countries and continents. It has provided filters for countries and continents to see how retirement ages vary globally. For instance, if I want to know the retirement age of my uncle, who lives in another country, I can find it by filtering the data by countries. The dashboard has done a great job of showing a story about how retirement ages differ around the world. It uses horizontal bars to highlight variations across countries by age, maps to determine the average retirement age by year in different countries, and a boxplot to compare retirement ages by continent. However, it could have added a visual representation bar chart comparing the average retirement age by country and gender. Also, it could have added more explanations about why some countries have earlier or later retirement ages.
