Culture For this assignment, I have chosen to focus on Mexican culture. I would like to learn how to use nonverbal cues more sensitively when communicating with individuals from Mexico because nonverbal communication plays a significant role in this culture. Awareness Based on my research and the information from our textbook and lesson, I will be more mindful of physical proximity, eye contact, and appropriate gestures when communicating with someone from Mexican culture. I will avoid stepping back when someone stands close during a conversation to respect their comfort with personal space. Additionally, I will maintain eye contact to show attentiveness and avoid gestures that may carry different meanings.
